A road improvement project costing €891,000 for a 10-km stretch that links the Estrada Municipal 507 to the Nacional 122 to Alcoutim is set to be given the go ahead by the local authority.
The works include better street lighting, paving, ground levelling, improved drainage and widening of kerbs, along with general upgrading of areas that have fallen into poor condition. The project is expected to last eight months.
