Albufeira’s Epic Sana Hotel will be hosting a ‘Healthy Day’ on Saturday, September 21. The day will start with a yoga session at 9am and will also include workshops and bootcamps on topics such as nutrition and mindfulness. There will also be a “healthy lunch” to enjoy. Cost is €15 per person.
