ROADWORKS ARE being carried out to improve the conditions of the road between Montechoro and Fontainhas in Albufeira.
The works, which will cost Albufeira Câmara an estimated two million euros, will be carried out along 3.5 kilometres of road and include new water, sewage, drainage and telecommunications infrastructure. Plans also feature the creation of pavements, green park spaces, lighting and a cycle lane, which will increase the total width of the renovated area to 15 metres.
