Albufeira is being promoted as an “ideal destination for adventurous holidaymakers” at London’s Outdoor Adventure and Camping Show, which starts on February 16 and runs until Sunday.
The goal is to show British tourists that “birdwatching, cycling, surfing, golf and horse-riding” are only some of many outdoor activities that can be enjoyed in the Algarve all year round.
The initiative is supported by Albufeira’s promotion agency (APAL).
