A public tender to temporarily take-over a minimarket at Areias de S.João municipal market has been launched by Albufeira town council and will be open to bids up until 11am on February 6.
The starting price for the monthly rent has been set at €375. Anyone can make an offer as long as they are over the age of 18, but it must be handed in personally at the town hall and worded according to the rules of tender.
