Groups in the Algarve are preparing for a large clean-up operation on March 20 as part of the Limpar Portugal (Let’s Clean up Portugal) national volunteer movement.
Following last week’s article in the Algarve Resident ‘Help Clean-up Portugal’, in which emphasis was placed on the Lagos group, this time is the turn of the Albufeira group to announce that it is looking for volunteers to help clean up the council’s countryside.
Limpar Portugal already has more than 22,000 volunteers.
