Albufeira’s volunteer firefighters will be holding an awareness session in English on how to deal with emergencies in Portugal on October 20.
“The aim is to show people how to contact emergency services, collaborate and provide assistance while waiting for the emergency workers to arrive,” the firefighters said in a press release.
The event will take place at the Albufeira fire station between 2pm and 4pm. All members of the English-speaking community living in Portugal are welcome.
