The Brazilian singer and songwriter will take the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium stage in Lagoa at 21:00 on May 12.
The Orquestra de Jazz do Algarve (OJA) continues to tour the stages of the Algarve and the country with great jazz concerts accompanied by distinguished guests.
On May 12, the OJA will once again perform in Lagoa, this time joined by Brazilian singer and songwriter Alaíde Costa for an incredible jazz concert at the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, starting at 21:00.
Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1935, Alaíde Costa has dedicated her entire life to Brazilian music.
Over sixty years after the launch of her first album, the singer continues to delight audiences with her art, delicate voice, impeccable intonation and refined musical taste.
In 2022, Alaíde Costa released the acclaimed O que os meus calos dizem sobre mim album, produced by Emicida and Marcus Preto and arrangements by Pupilo, with new songs by João Bosco, Ivan Lins, Joyce, Fátima Guedes, Nando Reis and others.
After Lagoa, this show will be presented at the Teatro das Figuras, in Faro, on May 13.
Tickets for the show in Lagoa cost €10 (20% discount for Cultural passport, Lagoa Social Card, or Rota do Petisco 2022 Passport holders).
