Of course Alagoas Brancas in Lagoa should not be built on. It is logically obvious, except to Lagoa’s mayor.
Wildlife input is huge, those easily visible and hidden. The mayor is determined not to listen, and probably the PM will go to COP26 and promise a lot, but neither Lagoa nor the scandal at a reserve (coast around São Teotonio) will demonstrate his commitment.
The area certainly does not need more supermarkets for a start.
