AN ENVIRONMENTAL impact study into the effects that developments at Faro airport will have on the surrounding area is available to view by the public until October 28.
Plans to extend the runway and approach paths have been assessed and a summary of the report is available from either the environment agency, CDDR (the regional development agency of the Algarve) and from the municipal Câmara offices of Faro and Loulé. As yet, licensing for the developments has not been approved.
