AICEP – Portugal’s investment and foreign trade agency – will open a branch office in Díli, Timor Leste today (November 26). Miguel Frasquilo, the agency’s president, told Lusa news agency that “this is an important moment for AICEP” and that he hopes the Timor office will help “strengthen economic relations between Portugal and Timor Leste”. “It will surely generate mutual benefits for both countries,” he added.
