Águas de Portugal seeks media-loving youngsters

Water || If you are aged between 17 and 25 and can write fluently in English and Portuguese, then you could be one of Portugal’s next ‘Water Reporters’.
National water company Águas de Portugal (AdP) is looking for eight youngsters with an interest in media to accompany teams of other reporters at the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition, which will take place in Lisbon from September 21 to 26.
The IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition is a biennial event that attracts around 5,000 water professionals, companies and institutions from over 90 countries, who meet to “exchange ideas and debate the key issues underlying the science and practice of water management”.
Applications must be submitted until August 26. The only requirement is the ability to write fluently in Portuguese and English.
According to AdP, the goal of the initiative is to give the youngsters a “unique experience, working with journalists from all across the world, while also raising awareness about water”.
