An animal welfare association is determined to find the person(s) behind the shocking case of two cats that were left to die inside plastic bags in front of the Portimão town hall on Tuesday night. Through a Facebook appeal, ADAP is calling on anyone who might know how the animals ended up in that situation to come forward so that those responsible can be “brought to justice”. Police are investigating.
The two female cats spent the night at the vet, have been sterilised and tested negative for FIP and FeLV. They will be available for adoption soon.
