Songwriter and actress Jackie O’Grady joined dozens of other participants for the Clean-Up (Limpar Portugal) in Silves on March 24.
Jackie says she likes graffiti as an art form but not the tags and smears which are taking over the walls and do not fit in the medieval town. She is now also planning a project to clean the graffiti in Silves and is also writing a musical comedy about graffiti which she plans to produce later on this year.
