Saturday 22 and Monday 24 – Let’s Walk at Pinheiro e Garrado, Silves. A great 2 hour circular walk along the canal and in the foothills close to Silves. Fairly easy walking, all welcome (¤4 per person). Starts at 10.30am – meet at the café Norinha on the Silves – Messines road. Saturday 29 – St. Patrick’s Society October walk. The walk takes us to the Silves area. This is a gentle 2 hourwander through wooded valleys with interesting historical sites to explore. We meet at Orique Restaurant. From A22 take exit 5 direction Monchique. OnN124 after 2 Km turn right atSilves sign. The restaurant Orique is 1.8Km from here on right hand side. We meet at 10am.
