A walk/run to promote healthy exercise habits will be held on January 18 in the small town of Pereiro (Alcoutim).
With two routes available (9kms and 5kms), the event will begin at 9.15am in front of the local parish council. Participants will be able to enjoy tea and biscuits before the walk/run itself at 10am.
Those interested must sign up before January 14. Admission is free.
