Coldplay have settled a long-running plagiarism battle after an out-of-court agreement.
The British super group were accused of using parts of Joe Satriani’s song If I Could Fly in their recent hit single, Viva La Diva.
The band are said to be “relieved” that an agreement has been reached.
Joe Satriani sued Coldplay back in December when he claimed they had plagiarised his song by using “substantial, original portions” of the 2004 release.
He was demanding “all and any profits” from record sales.
