FRANCESCA ROMANA is opening her second jewellery boutique in Portugal at the Vila Sol SPA and Golf Resort in Vilamoura. Francesca’s pieces, which are all handmade using natural materials, including pearls, seeds and various types of wood, are recognised internationally.
She is also known as being a pioneer in the use of semi-precious stones to make highly creative pieces. The Brazilian designer travels the world searching for inspiration and new materials for her collections. Her first store was opened in Rio de Janeiro in 1991, followed shortly afterwards by a shop in São Paulo and, since 1997, she has opened further boutiques throughout Europe, Latin America and the United States, becoming known throughout the world.
