WITH OVER 10 years experience in the real estate profession in and around Albufeira, Margarida Rosário is something of an expert when it comes to buying or selling property, particularly in that area.
An associate of Remax Albufeira, which was ranked number one out of all the Remax offices in Portugal last year, Margarida has been working with the company since 2002, and last month she was ranked the top salesperson in Remax Portugal.
Remax Albufeira annually finds itself on top of the company’s national rankings, and it currently has around 50 associates working there, as well as having a large spacious modern office just off the ‘clock’ roundabout just opposite Modelo and another well located in Algarve Shopping in Guia.
Foreign clients
Working primarily with Portuguese clients from the rest of Portugal, Margarida is keen to assist more foreigners in finding their dream home in the Algarve. “I am a fully licensed real estate salesperson and therefore am totally legal to sell property in Portugal. People should feel confident that they will get the service they deserve.
Buyers and sellers of property should beware of ‘agents’ that aren’t fully legal to operate in this country”, she stresses.
Although Margarida is permanently on call, as each Remax associate works entirely for themselves, she thoroughly enjoys the contact with others, “and the money, of course!”
