Real estate agency Palm Properties opened its third office in Carvoeiro, in the Lagoa council, this week and is already planning further office openings for next year.
Palm Properties says service and professionalism are at the heart of their success with the ethos that nothing is too much when it comes to client satisfaction.
Palm offers advice and help for owners from the simple things such as presenting their property, rearranging furniture, to the more complicated such as organising paperwork, including energy certification and updating property paperwork at the local Câmara.
Once Palm has matched the client to a property, they offer a free two-year after sales service, from arranging contacts with gardeners, pool men, electricians, plumbers or having wood delivered for the fire, through to having a complete rebuild or extension of the property.
Palm says it can even book a doctor’s appointment or arrange a taxi pick up at the airport if these will make its clients’ lives easier when settling into a new home.
The real estate agency has many repeat clients who have bought and sold properties, with some clients now having purchased their third property.
The Carvoeiro office is close to the beach square, next to Crédito AgrÃcola bank. Other offices are located in Poço Partido, Lagoa (close to Intermarché supermarket) and Silves, next to the central car park.
