THE ANNUAL golf tournament, gala dinner and show held at the Victoria Golf Course and Casino in Vilamoura on January 20, raised 53,000 euros for three charities:
Existir – an association supporting and rehabilitating the disabled and underprivileged, the Obra da Nossa Senhora das Candeias orphanage in Olhão and Refeitório Social de Quarteira providers of meals for underprivileged people.
Sponsors of the event were: Lusotur Golfes, Newlyn developments – Portugal, BBVA – Vilamoura, Oceanico Group, Solverde and Atelier do Sul.
Next year’s event will be held on January 26.
