90% of Bayline apartments sold

The Vanguard Properties project in Armação de Pêra features 256 T1, T2 and T3 apartments.

According to Vanguard Properties, the Bayline project in Armação de Pera is proving to be a huge commercial success, with more than 90% of its apartments sold.

This project, which represents an investment of 85 million euros, has already sold almost all of its 256 apartments. Most of the units were bought by Portuguese nationals. However, there is also significant demand from Europeans and North Americans. The last available units are for sale, and a furnished model apartment is available for potential customers to visit.

Bayline is a private residential condominium located 30 meters from Praia dos Pescadores, in Armação de Pera, and consists of 256 T1, T2 and T3 apartments. Construction started in December 2019 and is now nearing completion.

The project, by the Saraiva & Associados architecture studio, features contemporary architecture built with excellent finishes, terraces and large outdoor spaces in a fantastic location.

The condominium offers its residents a wide range of services and leisure areas, such as a reception with concierge services, SPA, Gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, two hectares of green spaces and sports fields. Most of the apartments have a view of both the sea and the lagoon.

Following Vanguard Properties’ demanding sustainability policy, Bayline obtained the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) environmental certification. This system assesses the sustainability of construction projects. Its classification is based on nine factors: management, health and well-being, energy, transport, materials, waste, water, land use and ecology and pollution.


José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Properties, believes “Bayline by Vanguard Properties proved to be a sales success, despite its beginning coinciding with the beginning of the pandemic”. He attributes this success to the project’s exceptional location, architecture and amenities, “key factors in defining a real estate product with our signature”.
