72% cannot pay their bills on time

According to a world leader in market research (TNS Global), 72% of the Portuguese people claimed to have difficulties in paying all of their bills by the end of the month last year. In TNS’s ‘Think’ report, it was concluded that about a quarter said that their salary was not enough to last the whole month and 48% claimed that paying all of their monthly bills was at times a difficult task. This year the  situation is predicted to get worse due to rising taxes.
