62-year-old man shot dead in stand-off with GNR

A 62-year-old man was shot dead today following a stand-off with GNR police in Pinhal Novo, Palmela. The incident began earlier this morning with police trying to exercise a warrant for the apprehension of a firearm, explain reports. The man “reacted badly” and thus began a pursuit which ended this afternoon with agents locating the suspect who turned his gun on them.
