4,128 people ‘recover’ from positive Covid test diagnosis, 20 die

Saturday’s Covid bulletin is being presented in the wider media as having the highest death toll since last March. 20 people lost their lives with Covid-19 in the last 24-hours, while 3,396 new cases were identified in mass-testing campaigns. However 4,128 people have been deemed ‘recovered’ after testing positive. And as a new Open Letter by doctors (click here) explains many more people now are dying from other diseases than they did before the pandemic took hold in Portugal.
