Turismo do Algarve (RTA) delighted veteran fans of the region Arthur and Corinne Anderson this week, meeting them off their easyJet flight from Bristol with a bunch of flowers and other souvenirs of a destination the pair has visited no less than 80 times in the last 40 years.
Says RTA, this was a symbolic act to reinforce the importance of the Algarve’s largest tourist market, albeit one that has suffered massively due to the pandemic.
