3rd dose boosters will be limited to Moderna or Pfizer (no matter what jab people received initially)

According to an updated rule by Portugal’s DGS health authority, anyone over the age of 65 receiving a 3rd dose booster of the Covid-19 jab will be offered one of the mRNA vaccines (ie Moderna or Pfizer), irrespective of whichever brand of vaccine they were given initially. Explaining the situation today, SIC television news stresses that people who have recovered from SARS-CoV-2 infection and been fully-vaccinated will not be required to receive a booster jab.
