The Public Ministry has opened 33 criminal inquiries in respect of people who allegedly jumped the queue in receiving vaccinations.
Three of the inquiries refer to council representatives: one in Lisbon (who has since resigned), the mayoress of Portimão Isilda Gomes and the mayor of Monsaraz José Calixto.
