Al Quimia restaurant to host Wine Talks

Al Quimia restaurant at Albufeira’s EPIC SANA Algarve hotel will be hosting two wine-pairing dinners this month, the first of which this Saturday (November 3).

The events are part of the hotel’s ‘Wine Talks’ initiative, which aims to give food and wine lovers a chance to enjoy delicious meals and wines while also talking and learning more about the wines from the producers themselves.

The first dinner will welcome Carlos Lucas from Magnum Vinhos who will be working alongside the hotel’s executive chef Luís Mourão to create a “complete gastronomic experience”.

Wine producer Susana Esteban will be the guest of the second dinner, scheduled for Saturday, November 17.

“We have been hosting wine pairing dinners with some of the biggest names of the wine world since EPIC SANA Algarve opened,” said the chef.

“The dinner is a tasting event with commentary from the producers and there is great interaction between everyone. That is why the initiative is called Wine Talks,” he added.

Both dinners begin at 7pm. Price is €85 per person.
