Join ACCA at the Royal Wedding
Algarve children’s charity ACCA have joined forces with Dunas Douradas Beach Club (DDBC) in Almancil to hold a special party on May 19 as the world watches Prince Harry tie the knot with Meghan Markle.
Big screens have been set up at Dunas Douradas Beach Club to ensure guests have a great view of the proceedings. From 11pm onwards, drinks and light meals will be served so all will be sitting comfortably for the 12 noon ceremony.
At 1pm, the procession through Windsor begins and at 2.30pm DDBC will be cutting its special wedding celebration cake for everyone to enjoy.
It promises to be a “splendid day”, say organisers, and one from which a particular cause will benefit, through the proceeds of an ACCA raffle with prizes supplied by sponsors of the charity that looks after children in need across the Algarve.
The charity will be donating 100% of monies raised on the day to “Marley & Mum”, a fundraising, family, disability and lifestyle blog written by an English mum-of-two living in the Algarve. Six-year-old Marley was born with various medical problems including muscular dystrophy and a congenital bone condition.
Visit www.marleyandmum.com for more information. Proceeds from ACCA’s Royal Wedding party will go towards buying a much-needed oxygen machine for Marley.
