IKEA hires 250 for Loulé

IKEA has started hiring for the store it is opening in Loulé next spring. Around 250 jobs are up for grabs until November 15, the Swedish furniture giant said in a statement on Wednesday (September 28).

Post available will be both full-time and part-time in “customer support, sales and logistics”, as well as in the chain’s restaurant.

“The opening of the IKEA store is very exciting,” says Pedro Barroso, head of recruitment. “For the first time, we are speaking directly to the people of the Algarve, to get to know them even better and create an IKEA team with talent and motivation, always looking to improve.”
