18-year-old stabbed to death in gang rivalry in Lisbon

Another tragic incident of rival gangs causing the death of one of their members marked Lisbon’s everyday yesterday. This time it was a ‘confrontation’ between two groups led by 18-year-olds: one with the nickname ‘Moldavo’ (because his parents came from Moldovia), the other known as ‘Lima’. The former was stabbed twice with a 10cm long kitchen knife and bled out at the scene. ‘Lima’ was ‘identified by police inspectors’ last night but had still to be detained, writes Correio da Manhã.
